07.12.2024 - First step has been made

In order to compete at the IWGA World Games 2025 in Wuxi - China, couples have to dance the Qualifier competition which took palce in Sitges - Spain.

Marius & Kristina once again came out on top and drew their ticket for the upcoming World Games 2025.

19.07.2024 - Make it four

In Wuxi - China Marius & Kristina gained their fourth World Championship Title as a couple.
Once again the audience in China welcomed their favourite dancers with a lot of noice and applause. It was another special event for Marius & Kristina - not only because of the great atmosphere.

09.03.2024 - Gala-Night at Tanzschule Böhm

When you have the elite couples from germany gathered in Pforzheim to attend the MK Workshop, why not add a beautifull Gala-Evening to it.

09./10.03.2024 - MK Workshop is back

To prepare for the upcoming national championship Marius & Kristina again invited Hans Galke & Franco Formica for their second MK Workshop in Pforzheim - Germany.

Besides dancing and technique the teachers shared a lot of their personal experiences during their dancing career. Personal experiences in the meaning of how to handle pressure, how to find your way in the dancing world without getting lost in chasing success.
Success will find it´s way to you if you work hard and be patient.

31.01.2024 - Thank you for your support

With the impressive number of 43.560 votes, Marius & Kristina reached the 2nd runners-up title at the World Games Athlete of the Year Award 2023.
Here is what Marius & Kristina had to say:

09.12.2023 - Feels like home

Having dominated the GrandSlam Series and all the title events this year, it turned out to be another victorious event for Marius & Kristina, who enjoyed the Series final in full and awe’d the Chinese fans, and together with the fellow finalists offered a sizzling spectacle to finalize the last page of the book of DanceSport Season 2023.

04.11.2023 - third time's a charm

In Sibiu - Romania Marius & Kristina gained their third World Championship Title as a couple.
It was a special competition for Marius because Romania is where his travel to the top of the danceworld started. Family and a lot of old friends came to see Marius & Kristina reaching the top for the third time in a row.
Marius found his home together with Kristina in Pforzheim - Germany, but his roots will always remain in Romania.

30.10.2023 - MK Workshops are born

On the last October weekend Marius & Kristina hosted their first MK Workshop in Pforzheim - Germany.
By organising this Workshop with world class trainers like Hans Galke & Franco Formica and participants from all over the world, they continue to establish their way on how a modern Teacher-Student relationship should look like.
Creating an enviornment where their students can rise and invent themselves in their own way and style.

September 2023 - Bangkok, London, Belgrad

It´s not New York, Rio, Tokio... But still Marius & Kristina made quite a trip gaining three victories at WDSF competitions in Bangkok and London as well as at the WDSF Grand Slam in Belgrad.

11./12.08.2023 - #human

At the WDSF Grand Slam in Stuttgart - Germany Marius & Kristina again came out first.
However they also showed that besides all their success they are still #human.

01.07.2023 - Great atmosphere = Great dancing

Dancing at the Historic Townhall in Wuppertal is always special. The atmosphere of the great hall with its chandeliers when you enter the dancefloor walking down the stairs with the red carpet - inenarrable!
Marius & Kristina enjoyed the great audience celebrating another win at WDSF World Open at danceComp 2023.

18.03.2023 - Make it eight

In Kamen Marius & Kristina celebrated their 8th German Championship together. Representing their new club from Nürnberg there was no question who will be German Champions 2023 on this day.

04.02.2023 - "Birds of a feather flock together"

What´s better than dancing a great show at the “Ball of Nations” in Munich? Dancing a great show at the “Ball of Nations” in Munich WITH FRIENDS!

“It is another step forward to what we think a modern Teacher-Student relationship should look like” Marius & Kristina said after they shared the show-dancefloor with some of their students (Eric Nitu/Andreea Toma & Andrei Petcu/Alexandra Motoc) for the first time. 

“Our support for our students is beyond teaching. We would like them to learn from our habits and to get to know and, at the end, to live the life of a real professional”.

01.01.2023 - Same Same, but different

"Our roots are in Pforzheim and will remain here"
The news hit like a bombshell: It was announced that Marius & Kristina had left the Schwarz-Weiß-Club Pforzheim. But even though the top performing German couple will now be competing for the TSC Rot-Gold-Casino Nürnberg, they will still be staying in their hometown in Baden-Württemberg. Both on a private and professional level.
Since they began their dancing career together in 2014, Marius & Kristina have been among the figureheads of the Schwarz-Weiß-Club. Now, however, the joined journey has come to an end. "This step was not easy for us. At a certain point, however, it was unfortunately unavoidable" Marius & Kristina say, but emphasize their deep gratitude for the support they have received from their former club, from the Landestanzsportverband Baden-Württemberg (TBW) and from the city of Pforzheim over the past years. For 14 years Marius had represented the Schwarz-Weiß-Club at national and international tournaments, the equivalent of half of his life and two thirds of his dancing career. During this time, he won over 75 important international tournaments and became German Champion ten times. Seven times together with Kristina, with whom he also brought one World and two European titles in Latin American dancing as well as a European title in showdance Latin to Pforzheim. "Without the team, the club and the TBW, these successes would not have been possible. That´s why we are incredibly grateful for everything we were able to experience during this time together and would like to remain club members"
For the native Romanian and the native Ukrainian, the Goldstadt has long since become home, especially because of the many fond memories the two associate with it: "The Goldstadtpokal as our home tournament with its special atmosphere and all the great emotions will always be remembered and stay deep in our hearts." That´s another reason why the two don´t want to pull up stakes here - even though they are now dancing for Nürnberg and the Bavarian national association. "Our roots are here and will remain in Pforzheim. In the future, too, we would like to work well and amicably with everyone in and around this city."
A new professional project that the two have already set in
motion will bring them a little closer to the city in the future. 
So, the future plans of the world champions, whose hearts beat for the city of gold, remain exciting.

It was an exciting year with one highlight after another. So now it is time to recharge and preapare for what is to come in 2023.

10.12.2022 - Mission accomplished

After wining their first World Championship as a couple in 2021, it was Marius & Kristinas mission to defend this title in 2022.
Serendipity made it happen that the 2022 World Championships ,as well as the ones in 2021, took place in Germany.
So Marius & Kristina had all their friends coming together in Mühlheim to root for them. And it paid of. Marius & Kristina became the 2022 World Champions.

20.11.2022 - Viva Mallorca

Marius & Kristina have successfully defend their European Championship Titel from 2021.
In Calvia on the beautifull island of Mallorca a great audience celebrated the now two times European Champions.

05.11.2022 - Through The Barricades

On Saturday November 5th Marius & Kristina were asked to perform during the Opening Ceremony at the 40th "Deutschen Sportpresseball". Marius & Kristina arranged a special show suiting the live-performance of Tony Hadley with the song "Through The Barricades".
The who´s who of german sport and sportsmedia met at the "Alte Oper" in Frankfurt a.M. to celebrate the best sportsmen and women of 2022. It was an honor for Marius & Kristina to be part of this great event and meet with a lot of other world champions and sport officials as well as sport media representatives.

03.10.2022 - Three weeks, Three wins

After taking a few days off, Marius & Kristina were back on the dancefloor. Within three weeks they´ve won three different WDSF Competitions. Mlada Boleslav - Czech Republic, Prag - Czech Republic & Belgrad - Serbia.

13.08.2022 - Home sweet Home

The nights at the German Open Championships are always special. But this year Marius & Kristina made it unforgetable. Winning their third GOC-Gold together they used their dance of honor to make a statement: HEAL THE WORLD!

09.07.2022 - Sweet home Alabama

At the 2022 World Games Marius & Kristina made it a close run between Gold and Silver.  They were just missing 0,79 points to make it an golden evening.
However it was a great honor for Marius & Kristina to represent Germany at the World Games and to contribute their share to support dancesport in Germany.

09.07.2022 - Let the Games begin

Every four years it´s time for "The World Games". Similar to the Olympic Games, The World Games mark the Highlight in Non-Olympic sports.
On July 9th 2022 Marius & Kristina had the honor to represent Germany at the World Games for the first time. And the reigning Amateur World Champions reached Silver Medal, winning the ChaChaCha.

02.07.2022 - Don´t stop me now...

Just one week after the WDSF Grand Slam in Spain Marius & Kristina are back on the Dancefloor reaching another first place at the WDSF World Open in Wuppertal - Germany.

26.06.2022 - Here we go again

Finally WDSF Grand Slam Series is back, hosting their first competition in Naron - Spain.
Marius & Kristina could link to their previous success and win the first Grand Slam Competition in 2022.

05.06.2022 - Next Stop: Bucharest

After some days off Marius & Kristina are back on the dancefloor stopping by Marius´ home country - Romania.
Family and Friends had the chance to stop by and see Marius & Kristina reaching another 1st Place at the WDSF World Open.

28.05.2022 - !Stop the War! Flashmob

Tomorrow between 10:00 and 14:00 o clock ukrainian dancers who had fled from the onoing war in Ukrain will perform a show at the Weisenhausplatz in Pforzheim - Germany.
It is an honor for Marius & Kristina to support all these dancers and they would like to call everybody up to come and participate!

15.05.2022 - National Ranking is BACK

After the National Ranking List has been closed due to Corona-Pandemic - IT IS BACK!
And Marius & Kristina took the chance to gather the first Rangking-Points in Frankfurt a.M. reaching 1st Place at the WDSF International Open.

11.04.2022 - "Spendengala" to help Ukrain refugees

On April 24th the club TTC Rot-Weiß Freiburg e.V. will host a "Spendengala" Event to collect donations for ukrainian refugees.
Marius & Kristina will also support the event and will dance some of their shows.

03.04.2022 - Help is still needed

The humanitarian desaster is still ongoing in the Ukrain.
Therefore it is VERY IMPORTANT to continue to help in any way possible. One way is to donate to the collective that got together in Pforzheim which is also supported by Marius & Kristina.

19.03.2022 - Yellow & Blue at heart

On Saturday March 19th Marius & Kristina gained their 7th National German Championship together. Both are looking forward to represent the german colours at the upcoming international championships.
On this night however the colours that matter the most where Yellow & Blue. They remind everyone that the war is still ongoing and help is still needed.

Therefore it is even more important to keep on helping.

06.03.2022 - The biggest Dance Festival in Europe

On March 5th & 6th we were invited to the "Euro Dance Festival 2022" which took place at "Europa Park" in Rust - Germany.
After two years without any audiences it was a great experience for us to see so many people sharing the passion for dancing with us!
Thanks to the organizer of Euro Dance Festival for letting us be a part of this great event.

05.03.2022 - Thank you, TSC Astoria Stuttgart e.V.

Yesterday, TSC Astoria Stuttgart spontaneously hosted a beneficial dancing party to gather commodity contributions & donations for the people in Ukraine. It was our pleasure to support this event actively and help to collect almost 4.000,- €.

... that is what Kristina´s family told her when they said that she should dance today´s Regional Championships.
As you can imagine, this competition did not fit into our emotional state at all. We only did it out of love for Kristina´s family and to say: WE WANT PEACE!

Today is a sad day - We pray for Ukraine, we pray for Kristinas` homeland and we pray for all Ukrainians!

We try to believe in the best and that peace will be restored as quickly as possible.

Full of love, energy and different emotions.
This day will always have a place in our hearts and souls.
We were overwhelmed by the support of all those present and those who watched online. It is difficult to express our appreciation and gratitude to many people and entities through words, two words can not convey what we really feel and yet we say "THANK YOU"!

We are very happy that this years German Championships were able to take place giving Marius and Kristina the opportunity to win their 6th German Championship!
Till now in 2021 Marius and Kristina are undefeated - let´s see how the rest of the year will unfold. 

23.10.2021 - European Champions

Today Marius and Kristina won the 2021 WDSF European Championships Latin which were held in  Cagliari - Italy.
Many thanks to the organizer for making this Championship happen during this difficult times. We are very happy!
However it´s time to get some rest as in just 7 days German Championships will take place in  Kamen - Germany.
